Accredited Teacher
Pietro Praticò is a certified IVTOM Voice Teacher and Board Member, Vocal First Aid Specialist (CONI, FIPASS), and a graduate in Psychology.
He specialises in vocal training, artistic development, and promoting well-being through the voice.
Pietro graduated in "Vocals" from Tech Music Schools (now BIMM London - UK ) and earned a Higher Diploma in Singing and Contemporary Music Practice from the University of West London.
Today, he is the owner and founder of Vocal Studio Plus, a vocal/music training project he re-established in Sicily in 2018, building on the teaching practice he had started in London in 2010, offering structured training paths both online and in person for singers of all levels.
His approach is people-centered, with each training path tailored to preserve and enhance the individual's unique artistic and personal identity.
Central to his method is vocal awareness, encouraging judgment-free exploration and new expressive possibilities, while integrating vocal training with psychological awareness to support both artistic performance and personal growth. He also collaborates with health and mental health professionals to offer his students well-rounded support.
Alongside his teaching career, Pietro has built experience as a performer and recording artist.
He was a member of a pop/worship band for over 10 years, releasing two albums and touring across Italy, the UK, and France, and was also part of the KT Choir in London.
Over the years he has collaborated with artists, producers, and musicians in both live and studio settings, and today continues to work as a session singer for some UK-based record labels.
He believes there is always room for growth:
"The more you know, the more you realise you don't know."
